Aaliyah Haughton was famous in 1994, when she dropped her first album Age Ain't nothing but the number. It was Gold at the age of fifteen years old. R. Kelly was a major influence on this collaboration which put the singer into the spotlight. In 1996, Jermaine and Timbaland made Aaliyah's album One In A Million. It featured If Your Girls Only Knew, the top-selling single. Aaliyah received international recognition for her R&B singing through this album.
