Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25 1943) was an American actress, voice-over actor and writer. Over the course of her career that lasted for nearly five decades she had earned more than a hundred credits on her resume. Pleshette is a New York native who began her career as an actress on stage. Her career progressed to the move to screen. The most well-known films of Pleshette include "Rome Adventure", "The Birds", "Fate Is the Hunter" and "If It's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium" and "Support Your Neighborhood Gunfighter. The roles she played on TV and in films were varied as well. She won the award of four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated for Emmy Awards two times, and won an award called the Laurel Award 1963 for The Birds. Pleshette died in 2008 and was presented with the status of a Star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
