Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is a famous American actress and model. Her name was discovered by a talent agency who was impressed by her talents and urged her to consider an occupation in the entertainment industry. After much consideration, she decided to drop out of school to join the world of entertainment. Her debut came in the film 'Children of the Corn' in Fields of Terror. She wasn't happy with her performance. The actor was trained by appearing in low budget movies. Even though it wasn't the most straightforward path to take, her pure willpower and perseverance were not unrewarded. Through the film Training Day she gained fame and was praised by critics. That was the point when her acting career began take off. Her most well-known movies include 2 Fast 2 Furious Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Holy Motors.
